Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a keen eye for detail? As a Senior Analyst in Process Management for Parking Services, you'll play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day parking operations for Nationwide associates. Your responsibilities will include assigning, tracking, coordinating, and monitoring associate parking activities with precision. You'll also assist with parking-related projects, process improvements, and resolving critical parking issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage parking onboarding for new associates, including wait lists, daily parking availability, and cancellations.
Compile, review, and analyze parking data to provide statistical reports to leadership.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Nationwide’s parking policy, providing clarification and resolving parking issues and concerns.
Respond directly to associate parking concerns to ensure a positive experience.
Manage Nationwide’s internal parking site (SharePoint).
Assist with evaluating and researching new services, policies, procedures, and workflow needs.
Provide general building management administrative
Note: Occasional on-call duties may be required.
Compensation Grade E2
This role will be filled in a hybrid capacity, with in-office collaboration in our Columbus, OH office

Your work will include analyzing existing processes, procedures and methods to ensure and promote effective business and systems operations. You will build process changes by integrating new processes with existing ones and may coordinate and implement proposed process and procedure improvements.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, configures, customizes, documents, deploys, maintains and upgrades business and system processes and procedures.
Performs day-to-day operations of business and systems processes, including the operation of process-related tools. Facilitates key process events and fulfills customer requests and process results through all phases of the process life cycle.
Initiates, enables and supports process redesign and/or re-engineering initiatives and projects through continuous process improvements, under minimal guidance. Identifies and markets new and creative process redesigns.
Performs process evaluations and develops recommendations by use of benchmarks, pilots, prototyping and modeling to assess potential use of new methods and workflows within a business and/or system process. Evaluates processes for design effectiveness and resource utilization to ensure process performance meets targeted service levels.
Develops and provides recommendations on possible process, tool and control improvements to increase the quality and optimization of business services and resources.
Works, under limited direction, with customers and project teams to develop business cases and comprehensive project plans to identify, quantify and deliver process design efforts in support of business objectives.
Participates on a project team involved with the development, implementation, administration and operation of new processes, which may include multiple functions, product lines and business activities. Facilitates post-implementation and reviews for moderately complex processes to ensure conformance to requirements.
