This position reports to the CEO and is responsible for standing up a new group within Ndustrial to accelerate Scope 3 emissions reductions through fleet electrification solutions in the 3PL market.  This role requires a combination of sales, strategy, operations, and entrepreneurial skills. The Director will design the program, oversee and marshal resources, and build and manage department staff.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of electrification solutions across supply chain, 3PL, and cold chain warehousing
• Develop financial models that will support both a SaaS and EaaS go-to-market with project finance underwriting of deploymentsHunt for and create deployment and financial relationships
• Identify, source, manage, and develop a division go-to-market plan as if a separate P&L
• Prepare financial and operational forecasts and budgets
• Oversee and help form the strategic vision for the fleet electrification division
• Use prior experience and be forward-looking to assess industry trends, opportunities, and threats
• Develop, institute, and track internal and external KPIs and OKRs
• Develop all SOPs and documentation
• Utilize CRM software to manage opportunities
• Understand the competition and movements in markets and recommend prices, offerings, and promotions
• Identify, perform, and direct requisite ad-hoc analysis
• Engineer risk mitigation across the department both contractually and operationally.
• Drive the strategic integration of charging infrastructure within logistics facilities.
• Innovate and manage the transition to zero-emissions transportation, enhancing efficiency and sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with technical and commercial objectives within the Ndustrial product suite
• Manage relationships with equipment vendors and deployment partners

Requirements

• Advanced degree in business or engineering, with a focus on innovation and entrepreneurship.
• 5+ years prior experience in fleet electrification
• Extensive experience in EV charging solutions and infrastructure development, preferably across the globe with a minimum of experience across North America
• Proven track record in leading electromobility solutions and business model innovation
• Strong background in product management and connected vehicle technologies.
