Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Supply Chain, this team member will be responsible for assisting in the management of day-to-day Supply Chain activities, ensuring that our products are in the right place, at the right time.</p> <h3 data-start="1304" data-end="1502"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="line-height: 2;">Facilitate purchase order management and regularly update internal systems and cross-functional partners.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Partner with external factories to coordinate and monitor shipments, track deliveries, and maintain on-time production schedules.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Troubleshoot and update POs and/or invoices independently, resolving discrepancies directly with vendors.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Act as the main point of contact with vendors and Accounts Payable for invoicing processes.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Support inventory tracking and forecast management to prevent out-of-stock or overstock scenarios.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Manage product SKU code database organization and UPC creation.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Identify process efficiencies and implement improvements promptly.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;&
