Job Title: Mold Processor

Position Classification: Non-Exempt - Hourly

Job Summary:

To mold foam materials together according to customer specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Education & Experience:

Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Removes tabs and pokes vents using vent poker.

· Opens and closes molding tools.

· Cleans, washes, and scrapes molding tools.

· Preps mold tool applying spray and/or paste wax on molding tools.

· Visually inspects molded foam pieces to ensure compliance to visual customer specifications.

· Ensures machine is operational and notifies operator and/or Lead person of any deficiencies.

· Moves finished product to the next process.

· Maintain excellent housekeeping practices in production area.

· Practice proper safety techniques.

· Complete general area maintenance duties on equipment as assigned. This may include help from the maintenance department when necessary.

· Follow all procedures and guidelines.

· Perform other duties as assigned and/or requested.

Education:

· High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

· Good mechanical aptitude
