🚀 The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Technical CRO Specialist to join us on a focused 2-month contract, driving the success of an exciting emerging product in the ZOE catalogue — Daily30+, our whole food supplement designed to transform daily nutrition.
In this role, you’ll take full responsibility of our web journeys for potential customers, rapidly experimenting and optimising to maximise conversion and accelerate growth. Working one-on-one with Sara Gordon, General Manager of ZOE Food Product and the driving force behind Daily30+, you’ll have a direct line to the decision-maker and the freedom to iterate fast, using a combination of self-service tools and light coding to keep momentum high.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the design, launch, and analysis of rapid-fire CRO experiments, using your deep expertise to uncover what truly moves the needle.
  • Own the experimentation roadmap, partnering closely with commercial teams to communicate insights and progress clearly and effectively.
  • Use your technical chops to build and optimize web pages within a CMS (preferably DatoCMS), and apply simple coding skills (Typescript, HTML, CSS) to keep experiments agile and impactful.
  • Embrace a test-and-learn mindset, iterating quickly through A/B and multivariate testing with tools like Optimizely — no coding barrier in your way.

🧠 What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience running CRO experiments at pace with Optimizely (or similar tools), focusing on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience building and managing pages in CMS platforms, ideally DatoCMS.
  • Proficiency with simple coding using Typescript, HTML, and CSS to maintain experiment agility.
  • A bias for action and a strong experimental mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid iteration.

✨ Our Hiring Journey

  • 👩‍💻 Technical & Behavioural Interview — 60 mins: A technical interview to assess your technical skills with a relevant exercise and some behavioural questions. This helps us understand how you approach problem-solving, communicate, and collaborate—key for success in this 2-month contract role.
  • 🎉 Offer: If all goes well, we’ll move quickly to an offer. You’ll always know what to expect at each step.
The experience, skills, and attributes listed above reflect what we believe will contribute to success in this role. If you're passionate about ZOE and the opportunity, but don't meet 100% of the criteria, we still encourage you to apply. We are committed to supporting growth and are happy to offer up-skilling opportunities where possible.
