BASIC FUNCTION:  

Intern would assist VP of Certification & Director of Certification with various tasks related to improving the certification process for businesses interested in becoming NYS Certified MWBEs.    

WORK PERFORMED:

Intern would attend meetings, assist senior certification analysts with collecting documents, review data to determine trends, assist at MWBE outreach events.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education level required: Actively enrolled in bachelor’s degree program

Knowledge Required: an interest in MWBE issues or financial analysis is a plus
