POSITION DESCRIPTION

Responsible for providing each resident with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with their assessment, choices and plan of care.

Ensure all staff are committed to the creation of a good daily life experience expected in a home environment.

Ensures that medical treatment is provided in a manner that honors resident preferences and individuality.

Demonstrates high commitment to the highest clinical outcomes.

Views position as one of service rather than one of authority.
Qualifications
-
Possess a valid RN license to practice nursing in the state of California.

Possess current CPR certification.

1- 2 year’s prior experience in skilled health facility or retirement facility preferred.

Working knowledge of Title XXII and OBRA regulations.
