🎯 What challenges await you

As a Category Associate, you'll play a central role in shaping and optimizing our assortment portfolio. With your motivation and passion for food you will work closely with your senior colleagues to develop an excellent and well-balanced product range. Your focus will be on: 

• Working closely with your Category Team to make the right decisions on developing our assortment as well as within pricing and promotion
• Coordinate with our current suppliers and help to launch collaborations with new suppliers
• Closely communicate with teams in supply chain, customer service or marketing to ensure the best experience for our customers
• Taking over responsibility to enable a great shopping experience and to keep our article info as well as master data always up to date

⭐ About you

• Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in an analytical or business education with focus on retail, FMCG and/or Food
• One or more internships in category management or buying (experience in fresh food industry is a plus)
• Fluent communication in both German and English
• A high level of independency, reliability and ability to communicate
• Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness: interpreting & leveraging KPI  and understanding customer preferences
• Passion for food and retail
