Manager, ERP Change Management & Enablement

General Summary
The Manager, ERP Change Management & Enablement is responsible for the lead change management strategy, user training development, and deployment readiness activities for each ERP migration wave. This role ensures business users are prepared, confident, and productive in the new system, minimizing disruption and post–go-live stabilization efforts. This position supports the Wholesale business.
The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ERP change management strategies for divisional deployments
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder readiness planning
- Design and maintain standardized, role-based M3 CloudSuite training materials
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions and learning programs
- Build and manage divisional super-user networks
- Lead communication plans to support adoption and engagement
- Measure training effectiveness and user adoption metrics
- Support go-live activities and post–go-live user stabilization
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in change management, training, or ERP enablement roles
- Experience supporting large-scale system implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ERP implementations, preferably Infor M3
- Retail, Fashion or consumer products industry experience
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000-$135,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
