Our strength is a multi-discipline, dedicated, experienced team that is committed to ensure successful execution of the clients’ needs.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Building services design activities (utilities supply, sewage, sanitary, firefighting systems ) for projects and studies in various development stages: prefeasibility, feasibility, concept design, basic design, detailed design, permitting</li> <li>Engineering calculations and sizing of indoor and outdoor building services</li> <li>Building services layouts for equipment and piping</li> <li>Building services schematic diagrams preparations, longitudinal profiles, isometrics, execution details, etc.</li> <li>Building services equipment and materials specifications and reports preparation</li> <li>Bill of quantities preparation</li> <li>Technical support during construction works</li> <li>Attendance to project review &amp; coordination meetings </li> </ul> <p><br/> Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services Engineering</li> <li>At least 3 years of design experience in the above-mentioned position</li> <li>Professional background in designing in AutoCAD and Revit</li> <li>Literate on Romanian and European design standards, regulations, laws, engineering good practices for sanitary, firefighting, utilities supply</li> <li>Fluent English</li> <li>SpriCAD knowledge will be an advantage</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Employment contract with an attractive salary</li> <li>Annual bonus</li> <li>Benefits package (referral bonus €1000; medical insurance, English course; anniversary reward, teambuilding activities &amp; employee contests)</li> <li>Flexible work schedule &amp; possibility of remote work</li> <li>Development opportunities (training, mentoring, coaching)</li> <li>Involvement in interesting projects across CEE area</li> <li>Friendly and supportive environment</li> <li>International and multicultural team</li> </ul> <p>Please submit your CV in English through the system containing your salary expectation and also the earliest possible start date.</p>
