What you'll do

As a working student, you will assist the project managers of our unit in a project management office role. This role predominantly entails the following tasks:

 

• Maintain staffing for project team members in relevant systems (ISP, FELIPE)
• Support project controlling tasks (margins, budget)
• Maintenance of customer JIRA
  • Check time recording in JIRA
  • % progress update in JIRA for development user stories
  • Maintain end of maintenance date after acceptance
• Prepare acceptance documents, send to customer and follow-up
• Upload cPro documents
• Maintain product standards in Sirius based on input from development architects
• Support SteerCo preparation
• Support team meeting preparation 
• Development
• Upload binding documentation in customer Confluence
• Monitoring schedule (system calendar, maintain sprints in Outlook)

What you bring

 

• Student (f/m/d) at a university (applied sciences, business administration, media, design)
• Preferred fields of study: business informatics, business economics media, design, and other related fields
• Computer skills: Very good MS Office skills
• ISP, FELIPE, JIRA experience would be a plus 
• Expert PowerPoint design skills would be a plus
• Business level written and spoken English and German skills are mandatory due to engagement with German speaking customers
• Ability to work self-motivated with a sense of responsibility towards stakeholders, team player, high motivation, strong analytical and good communication skills

Our unit, Customer Innovation Services CIS (former IBSO) is the strategic RISE with SAP enabler, delivering differentiated innovations for our customers leveraging the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Business AI, focusing on a clean core approach.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
