Senior Accountant

Bee Green Recycling & Supply is a growing, mission driven organization serving contractors, homeowners, and municipalities throughout the East Bay through recycling services, landscape materials, and building supply solutions.
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This role combines traditional accounting responsibilities, including ownership of the month end close process, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance, with opportunities to lead a small accounting team, improve business processes, and support executive decision making. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves in the details while helping build & execute the financial discipline needed to support a growing organization.
