Currently, we are recruiting for a brand new position as Senior Project Buyer, to join our team.

Job Description

By deriving partnering and entry strategies, establishing networks amongst, initiating and establishing sustainable business relationships and by accompanying product launches, you will contribute to significantly increase world market footprint of BOSCH Building Technology (BT). In this role you further can expect a broad variation of responsibilities, like:

• Staying up to date with applicable state-of-the-art technologies;
• Sourcing, quoting & negotiation of prices and applicable contracts under responsibility;
• Ensuring sufficient competence and production capacity at supplier for serial delivery after start of production according to forecast.

Acting as Purchasing Responsible:

• Purchasing representative in PEP, SE, transfer, RPP & EMS teams;
• Verifications of progress to plan and risk management; planning and organizing necessary actions to meet deadlines;
• Creating and tracking purchasing project plan and leading purchasing project team personnel.

Qualifications

Must have's:

• You have a Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or similar;
• You have a minimum of 5 years on the job experience in related functions such as Technical Purchasing Project Management and/or Strategic Purchasing
• You are a problem solver & decision maker;
• You are competent in negotiation for methods and strategies;
• You have a strong leadership and management skills;
• You are a great team player with strong communication skills;
• You have functional knowledge of components and products;
• You have experience in project management in purchasing;
• You are an expert in establishing targets, priorities and deadlines;
• You have an intercultural experience and sensitivity;
• You are fluent in English language skills (verbal and written).

Nice to have's:

• You have a basic knowledge of ERP (SAP);
• Dutch Language is a plus.
