What You’ll Do
Summary/Objective:
This role plays an integral role in ensuring the safety and seamless operation of our facilities while providing top-tier front-of-house management. With a keen focus on security, this position regularly liaises with departments like PXD and Facilities to optimize our work environment. The ideal candidate is a professional with outstanding judgment, combining a proactive approach in facility oversight with a warm and welcoming demeanor for staff and visitors alike.
Essential Functions:

- Serve as the first point of contact for staff, tenants, outside visitors, and vendors. Greet everyone in a friendly, professional manner while providing prompt and courteous service.
- Register all visitors, notify appropriate staff, issuing and managing visitor and temporary badges.
- Monitor building CCTV and access control activity, notifying Safety team of any suspicious activity observed in a timely manner.
- Conduct periodic tours of the building and parking lots, interacting with staff and tenants.
- Follow security procedures to ensure the main entrance is secure and member information is safeguarded. Ensure that all employees display badges when entering the building.
- Assist other areas of the Credit Union with onsite support, such as onboarding experience support, event coordination support, and equipment distribution and collection support.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to other areas of the Credit Union as needed.
- Perform project work for Safety team as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Manager(s).
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a corporate concierge, front desk officer, security, or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical Skills (Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Office suite including Outlook)
- Strong desire to grow with the company and/or Safety department
