The Department of Corrections, Division of Administrative Services, is recruiting for a Payroll Services Assistant Manager position located in Juneau, Alaska.

What You Will Be Doing:

This position provides strategic training, oversight and direction for the Department of Corrections’ payroll services, acting as the department’s primary subject matter expert on complex payroll matters. The position establishes payroll policies, training manuals/materials and standards, ensures consistent statewide application of laws and collective bargaining agreements, and provides final review, mentoring and guidance on complex payroll issues, grievances, and compliance matters.
