Senior Administrative Assistant
Fiduciary Trust International is hiring a driven Senior Administrative Assistant (AA) to join our New York City office located at One Madison Avenue. The Senior AA will support multiple senior leaders, including three Managing Directors and one Senior Vice President by handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks while being proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
How You Will Add Value
Core Responsibilities
You will support multiple senior leaders, including our Chief Digital Officer, Chief Fiduciary Officer, and Chief Accounting Officer on a wide range of administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, travel and expense management, conference room scheduling, client correspondence, and more.
You will provide superior customer service to internal clients while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and accuracy.
You will contribute to various projects, both technical and non-technical, across Fiduciary Trust.
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role
Experience and Skills
College degree or equivalent experience
4 + years of administrative work experience with at least 2 years supporting senior level or executive level leaders preferred
Ability to provide superior customer service to internal employees and other clients with the highest level of professionalism
Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to unexpected circumstances
Experience working within the financial services industry a plus / Experience working within the investment banking, private baking, or high net worth industries preferred
Technical Skills
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Skilled in Outlook and serving as a delegate in Outlook
Experience using SharePoint and Zoom desired. Experience using Workday, Concur, and Microsoft Teams considered a plus
Work Schedule & Location
Ability to be present in the NYC office a minimum of three days per week

We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $75,000 - $88,000, depending on level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
