Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Lead Generation
- Represent Mathnasium at local events, school fairs, community gatherings, and partnership opportunities to generate awareness and leads.
- Build relationships with local schools, PTAs, community organizations, and businesses to create referral pipelines.
- Support grassroots marketing efforts including flyer distribution, social media assistance, and local promotions.
- Track outreach activity and report on lead sources to measure community engagement effectiveness.
- Follow up on new leads quickly and consistently, converting inquiries into scheduled assessments and enrollments.
- Conduct parent consultations that clearly communicate the value of Mathnasium.
- Support monthly enrollment goals by effectively handling objections and closing sales.
- Proactively share information on longer-term enrollments and additional programs including summer sessions, test prep, and camps.
- Serve as a warm, welcoming point of contact for prospective and new families from first inquiry through enrollment.
- Check in with families on progress and satisfaction, flagging concerns to the Center Director as needed.
- Help celebrate student milestones and reinforce the value families are receiving.
- Maintain timely, professional communication with families via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Partner with the Center Director and instructional team to support parent updates and outreach campaigns.
- Assist with referral programs and promotional initiatives that drive traffic to the center.
- Experience in sales, outreach, customer service, or relationship management (education, retail, or service industry preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Comfortable representing a brand in community settings with energy and professionalism.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage leads and follow-ups independently.
- Familiarity with basic email, scheduling, and CRM tools a plus.
- Part-time, approximately 20 to 30 hours per week with flexible scheduling available.
- Hours may include some evenings and weekends to align with community events and center traffic.
- Lead generation volume including outreach events, referrals, and community partnerships.
- Enrollment conversion rate from inquiries to assessments to enrollments.
