The Hasso Plattner Institute for Digital Health at Mount Sinai (HPI.MS) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II for the Digital Discovery Program (DDP). The Clinical Research Coordinator will, under minimal supervision, coordinate clinical assessments for research studies, prepare protocol submissions for the Institutional Review Board, assist in grant applications, and maintain regulatory approvals. They will also assist in analyzing and interpreting moderately complex clinical research data.

- Coordinate the clinical assessments of study subjects, including but not limited to screening and evaluation.
- Prepare grant applications and protocol submissions to the Institutional Review Board and the Grants and Contracts Office.
- Ensure the timely submission of grant applications and IRB/GCO documents.
- Analyze and interpret moderately complex clinical research data.
- Compile accurate and complete subject data through chart reviews.
- Assist the Principal Investigator and regulatory staff in preparing new protocol submissions, protocol amendments, and renewals of ongoing clinical trials.
- Obtain informed consent under supervision of the Principal Investigator for studies enrolling vulnerable subjects and for studies involving genetic tests.
- Independently obtain informed consent for other clinical studies.
- Mentor Clinical Research Coordinators in training.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in sciences or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience
