Summary:

Performs general maintenance. May have expertise in a trade. Preferred Plumbing experience.  

Essential Duties:

•  Completing preventive maintenance.
•  Keeping all equipment in working order.
•  Responsible for repair or alteration of existing structures.
•  Responsible for completing all repair work.
•  Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):

• One (1) year previous maintenance experience.
• Ability to repair machinery.
• Previous plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
