We have a set of values that we live by and hope you share!</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Technical Project Manager </strong>you will be part of our Global Production and Operations team that plans and organizes the production of our live or taped, studio or event broadcasts. The Technical Project Manager will support the Broadcast Engineering team in preparing Broadcast productions as well as developing efficient workflows and drive innovation by establishing and implementing new and innovative features into the Broadcast production.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Assist with day-to-day production needs including creation of production documentation such as Flow-Charts and technical rider</li> <li>Create and review investment proposals for broadcast equipment</li> <li>Drive innovation within ESL’s engineering and tech department</li> <li>Develop and create efficient and scalable workflow improvements by working with both technical and editorial teams</li> <li>Implement and establish innovations to the Broadcast production setup</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll need</strong></p><ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as an engineer in TV production for live sports or entertainment</li> <li>Technical and operational understanding of broadcast gear from the prevalent brands</li> <li>Understanding of video and audio infrastructure across all levels of TV production</li> </ul><ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate in English language, both spoken and written</li> <li>Able to manage multiple projects effectively, with the ability to prioritise based on scope and deadlines</li> <li>An understanding of the competitive esports industry and its events is a plus</li> <li>Ability to work under time pressure and remain calm in challenging situations and experience in project management</li> <li>Flexible and willing to travel as needed for the role</li> </ul>
