About the Role: 

As a member of the Integrated Care Team, contributes to coordinating and scaling our Integrated Care Team efforts, including Quality and Total Cost of Care initiatives. This role helps facilitate the joint BOI/Quality Steering Committee and ensures the cross-market and multidisciplinary Integrated Care & Quality strategy is actualized.  This includes close collaboration with the Integrated Care Design Team to design and test health programs that seek to improve member health at scale aligned with the clinical and quality strategy; analyze the results of pilots; and collaborating with the Clinical Analytics Team to project manage deliverables, including the on-time delivery of quality and other clinical dashboards to market teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Helping lead the BOI/Quality Steering Committee, including Project Managing multiple initiatives, driving Quality projects, working with diverse stakeholders

  • Ensure multi-disciplinary governance of key Clinical Analytic elements, including with our electronic health record and data algorithms

  • Coordinating various recurring Integrated Care Team reports and dashboards, including  for executive leadership, market-based and central supporting teams. 

  • Designing and testing new health programs and interventions with the Integrated Care Design team, including:

    • Project management

    • Partake in service design of new health programs with a focus on integrating product improvements, operational needs, and analytics capabilities

    • Help develop the measurement plan for new programs to track towards business metrics and health outcomes (ex. longitudinal engagement, connection to quality gaps, clinical efficacy, quality of life)

    • Develop and execute prototype tests and pilot experiments using quantitative methods, to complement qualitative approaches

    • Analyze member and care team data with databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards using statistical analysis 

    • Connect quantitative findings with qualitative findings that seek to understand the human context behind numerical results, applying strong storytelling and design thinking approaches to draw the line between insights, design, and measurable impact

    • Create basic models to size the business and health impact opportunity of potential programs or tactics, aligning our bets with business and clinical strategy

Requirements for the Role: 

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience

  • Bachelors’ degree (Masters’ Degree, such as MPH or MBA Preferred)

  • Preferred: HEDIS Quality measures and/or Stars reporting, Consulting, Data Reporting

  • Preferred: HEDIS Quality measures and/or Stars reporting, Consulting, Data Reporting

  • Are detail-oriented and adopt a process-oriented mindset

  • Have a proven track record for working well across interdisciplinary teams

  • Experience managing relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including cross corporate and care team facing teams

  • Thrive in fast-moving work environments as an independent contributor

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an intellectual curiosity to understand true underlying trends, seeing around corners, and the driving towards continuous process improvement and problem-solving at scale 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate well with both care team members and operational team members

This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is: 

$74,400 to $136,000
