Job Description

Main objective of the job:                                       

• Understands and supports the I2P process

Main attributions and responsibilities:

• Preparing PowerPoint presentations;
• Monitoring of overdue invoices using internal softwares (e.g. Ms. Office Excel, PowerBI);
• Preparing reports required by the direct superiors regarding unpaid open invoices, vendors’ status etc.;
• Clarification of requests and queries coming from internal departments; 
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

Studies:

• Ongoing University: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related universi
• High school Diploma

Knowledge and Skills:

• Availability to work full-time or part-time.
• Ongoing University: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related university.
• Fluently spoken and written of English.
• Fluently spoken and written of Polish.
• Medium knowledge of working with Ms. Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); 
• Ability to work in a structured and careful way. 
• Customer service and communication skills. 
• Team player and ability to work in a flexible way. 
• Outgoing and easy to get along with.
