The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring for a Line Side Control Center (LSCC) Team Captain to support the team in Everett, WA.
The successful candidate will use technical knowledge, will be understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization. The Team Lead will conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
Position Responsibilities:
Assists with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Provides feedback on assessment results
Supports teammates in implementation of strategies and plans
Makes use of and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts
Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
Refers to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance
Reviews products for sound judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy
Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals
Represents the organization on specific projects
Uses advanced technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization
May analyze and interpret data and provide root cause corrective action and trend data to identify and eliminate high impact and systemic issues
Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issues
Provides expertise to the work cell team on the appropriate path and resources required to efficiently and effectively resolve production issues
Utilizes tracking system to document, communicate, and ensure resolve of production issues
Facilitates ongoing coordination and tracking of open items
Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates
Works under minimal direction
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in manufacturing
1+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
Experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays if required
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience navigating the SAT system

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
