About the Role & Team

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, resilient, and adaptable Executive Assistant (EA) to support an executive leader. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to have impact on an organization, and support a leader driving change, business transformation, and scale. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the leader’s effectiveness, managing key projects, and facilitating communication across the organization.

Regular domestic and international travel is required.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to an executive leader, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and events.
  • Support the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct research and gather information to inform executive decision-making.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Participate in and occasionally lead special projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a culture carrier and thought partner, gradually taking on more strategic duties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting an executive leader(s)
  • Effective project management experience
  • Demonstrated interest in executive operations or strategy career path
  • Expert knowledge for technology tools and systems
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including internationally.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
