Parking Assistant (Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm)

• Provides parking support to all staff and tenants by answering telephones, responding to inquiries, updating parking software, monitoring accounts, and resolving concerns.
• Responds and serve as designated representative for all parking-related inquiries and support.
• Performs administrative functions to support the parking department.
• Updates and maintains vehicle records in appropriate system.
• Drafts, sends, collects, and tracks all parking related documentation including but not limited to policies, assignments, violation, updates, construction, etc.
• Reports parking concerns, incidents, malfunctions, and policy violations.
• Relays parking policy, procedures, and updates to employees and tenants.
• Troubleshoots parking related issues, concerns, and escalating to management as needed.
• Assist team with operations, fleet, cafeteria, and janitorial requests.
• Administer all access-related assignments including but not limited to parking, building/facility, card replacement, EV, access verification, etc.
• Assists with planning, coordination, and the execution of parking initiatives and projects.
• Facilitates parking orientation.  
• Coordinates with parking vendors and attendants regarding garage parking activations, deactivations, and violations.
• Travels to various facilities and parking site to complete assignments.
• Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, appointments, and/or other similar activities for supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of administrative or related experience.
• Previous experience with parking and facility access, preferred.

• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record.

Pay Range: $19.29/hr -$22.50/hr
