<strong>Hours </strong>- Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm<br />

<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br />
● Assist in the restoration of files\profiles and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault<br />
● Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores.<br />
● Assist customers with file management, profile standards and e-mail organization<br />
● Profile and permission structure knowledge<br />
● Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment<br />

<strong>Requirements:</strong><br />
HS or GED And 15 yrs OR <br />
Bachelor's and 10<br />
IAT I Certification<br />
Must be a US Citizen.<br />

<b>Approximate Salary Range: $77,000- $86,900</b><br />
