What you will do

We are seeking a strategic and influential Senior Manager, Marketing Capabilities to lead capability-building initiatives across the U.S. Marketing organization. This role is responsible for identifying critical capability gaps, developing learning strategies, and delivering transformative programs that strengthen marketing excellence, accelerate business performance, and prepare marketers for the future.

The ideal candidate combines deep marketing expertise with learning and development experience and has a passion for helping individuals and teams grow. They will serve as a trusted partner to marketing leadership, ensuring that capability investments align with business priorities and support a high-performing, learning-oriented culture.

This individual will lead the deployment of global capability programs while tailoring learning solutions to meet U.S. market needs. They will champion modern learning approaches, including AI-enabled capability development, learning in the flow of work, and change management strategies that drive adoption and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the U.S. marketing capability strategy, identifying critical skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.

  • Conduct capability assessments and learning needs analyses to inform annual capability-building priorities and roadmaps.

  • Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to design and execute capability-building programs that advance marketing effectiveness.

  • Deploy and localize global marketing training programs to ensure relevance and adoption within the U.S. market.

  • Design, facilitate, and coordinate U.S.-specific learning experiences, workshops, and development initiatives.

  • Drive capability measurement and evaluation processes, including learning effectiveness, skill development, adoption metrics, and business impact assessments.

  • Serve as a champion for AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies, building organizational capability and confidence in the use of new tools and ways of working.

  • Lead change management and adoption efforts to ensure learning solutions translate into sustained behavioral change and improved performance.

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that promote engagement, awareness, and participation in capability initiatives.

  • Oversee learning operations, including attendance tracking, learning technology administration, and learner experience management.

  • Partner with People Function and marketing leaders to strengthen onboarding experiences and accelerate the readiness of new marketing talent.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, innovation, and excellence across the full Marketing organization.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and capability thought leader, bringing external best practices and future-focused learning approaches to the organization.

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Communications, or a related field.
