EDURINO is a new way of educational gaming loved by kids and parents alike. We rethink how kids learn and play with our hybrid learning system that combines a digital app, real figurines and our ergonomic stylus. Our team is dedicated to creating innovative and interactive, game-based learning experiences for preschoolers between 4-8+ years old. 
We have a strong investor backing (a.o. DN Capital, Tengelmann Ventures, FJ Labs, b2venture, and Emerge Education) and are about to expand our reach to more learners around the globe!

Role Purpose
As (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) at Edurino, you hold a key position in shaping our future by owning our hiring processes. You are the architect of outstanding candidate (and employee) experiences. At the same time, you have the opportunity to collaborate creatively with our Culture Manager in our Munich office to contribute to our #edutastic workplace culture.

Your mission at EDURINO

• You work closely together with our VP people in order to meet our quarterly hiring goals, owning most of the job openings in high self-responsibility. 

• You coordinate requirements and job profiles with the department heads and keep yourself up-to-date regarding role qualifications. 

• You are responsible for an outstanding candidate experience: from the creation of job postings and the selection of suitable applicants to conducting interviews, managing feedbacks along the process, and offer-making. 

• You actively approach applicants via LinkedIn and other platforms and build a strong Edurino talent pool. 

• In collaboration with our Culture Manager you drive side projects to make our Munich office a place where ideas can thrive and our team loves to go and further grow.

• … have a proven track record of talent acquisition & recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership. 

• … have a degree in HR, business, psychology, or comparable subjects.

• … have organisational talent, are proactive and flexible. 

• … can inspire candidates and the crew easily.

• … are a hands-on person with a goal-driven can-do mentality and have a very autonomous working style. 

• … are a fantastic communicator in both English and German.

• … enjoy coming to our Munich office in Haidhausen at least 1-2 times a week to work hand-in-hand with our Culture Manager.
