Our team recently <a href="https://news.gp.com/2023/04/georgia-pacific-invests-50-million-in-port-hudson-mill-to-enhance-retail-consumer-towel-business" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">invested more than $50 million</a> to grow our brands and continue to serve our loyal consumers with the great quality they have come to expect.</p><p><a href="https://www.gp.com/product-overview/consumer-products/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">Learn more by visiting our consumer products homepage.</a></p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the site's learning and development strategy to support business objectives and workforce capability needs</li><li>Partner with operational and functional leaders to identify skill gaps and capability-building opportunities</li><li>Develop, implement, and continuously improve training systems, learning programs, and qualification processes</li><li>Support onboarding, job progression, leadership development, and technical skill development initiatives</li><li>Establish and maintain training metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement</li><li>Facilitate or coordinate instructor-led, hands-on, and digital learning experiences</li><li>Coach leaders on employee development, performance feedback, and capability-building best practices</li><li>Drive knowledge management initiatives to capture and transfer critical organizational knowledge</li><li>Ensure training programs meet regulatory, safety, and company requirements</li><li>Lead continuous improvement efforts to improve employee proficiency, engagement, and overall business performance</li></ul><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)</strong></p><ul><li>Experience leading, facilitating, coordinating, or developing training programs in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or business environment</li><li>Experience partnering with leaders to identify development needs and implement capability-building solutions</li><li>Experience managing projects and driving initiatives with multiple stakeholders</li><li>Experience using data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and support decision-making</li><li>Direct Supervis
