By applying to this U.S. Mountain View, CA or Redmond, WA position, you are required to be local to the San Francisco or Seattle area and in office 3 days a week.

ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:

Hire, manage and lead a team of web engineers responsible for the quality and performance of Copilot’s web products
Ship delightful, AI powered experiences that will shape how millions of people will interact with AI in the future
Collaborate with Eng, Design and Product leadership to prioritize features and deliver a world-class AI companion to the world
Design and build a performant front-end infrastructure that drives multiple complex web applications
Join a small team of world class product engineers with deep frontend expertise who are obsessed with building beautiful and performant products.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6 years technical engineering experience with web technologies including, but not limited to, Typescript and React
OR equivalent experience. 
3 years people management experience.
