ALTEN Technology USA is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our officies in California. 

As the Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

• Collaborate with team and department leads to translate project milestones into detailed execution timelines.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on solutions and timely approval of change management documentation.
• Enhance processes for increased efficiency within internal teams and with our suppliers.
• Develop standard reports to deliver clear and concise communication to key stakeholders regarding program status, issues, risks, and achievements.
• Address and resolve issues promptly; collaborate with the team to find solutions or escalate as necessary.

Qualifications

Qualifications
 

• Master's degree in an engineering discipline, with a strong interest in electric and autonomous mobility.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading engineering teams and/or managing programs.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, SmartSheet, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience in highly regulated industries like automotive or aerospace.
• Familiarity with Electronic Device Transmittals and/or low voltage wire harness development or manufacturing.
• Track record of leading projects from concept to production.

Informations supplémentaires

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
