Social Work | Student AffairsThe Field Coordinator's primary responsibilities are to support the strategic advancement of field educational programming in both traditional and online This position provides the oversight and support of student field placements for
undergraduate and graduate students in the College of Social Work. The focus of the position will be on serving as a field liaison and a field co-instructor.
This position will also be involved in developing new field placement agencies, evaluating field placement and liaison processes, and participating in a number of field office and college level meetings. In addition, this person will support the field team with other field related duties.
Minimum Education Required
Master's Level Degree with a Major in social work
Required Qualifications
Required: MSW with at least 4 years of relevant paid social work experience and Social Work licensing (LSW at a minimum); proficiency with MS Office; in-depth knowledge of central Ohio human service organizations and practice community; excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
exceptional organizational and follow-through; and ability to manage crises and problem solve multiple situations simultaneously in a fast-paced
collaborative work environment. LISW preferred. Experience working with diverse faculty, staff and students preferred.
