About the role

Job Description

Portfolio Customer Experience Execution & Day-to-Day Management:

  • Develop guidance and tools to scale tumor team franchise strategies across multiple products​

    • Execute GRL interviews to begin change management process and support buy-in​

    • Own day-to-day execution with AOR for omnichannel campaign development, execution, and cascade to GRL​

    • Support development and execution of portfolio roll-out and migration strategy​

    • Manage planning and execution of tumor-team pilots and deployment of other quick win tactics (e.g., omnichannel suite of templates)​

  • Conduct L3 Next for our Company's Portfolio focused on the MTT audience to define aspiration, value prop, positioning across products​

    • Facilitate L3 Next Connect process, including management of submissions, timelines, development of deliverables for markets  ​

    • Partner closely with Global Tumor/Brand teams to assimilate L3 Next outputs to identify strategic connection points to be embedded in portfolio strategy while collaborating with HHDDA L3N team for support​

    • Support L3 Next Portfolio guidance pull through (with Marketing Excellence/Accenture) and manage upskilling across tumor teams & AO​

  • Support execution of above brand strategy, narrative, architecture, creative platform, and omnichannel campaign to support portfolio across assets​

    • Facilitate portfolio ongoing market research execution and collaborate with key stakeholders such as MR team, MR vendor and AOR (strategy validation &  pull through tactics)​

    • Synthesize information from market research outputs to develop portfolio strategy ​

    • Execute GRL interviews to begin change management process and support buy-in​

    • Own day-to-day execution with AOR for omnichannel campaign development, execution, and cascade to GRL​

Promotional Enhancement & PPS Overall Support:

  • Coordination & facilitation of Global Oncology marketing promotional ongoing trainings, upskilling & onboarding curriculum:​

    • Promotional & Functional: new job owner training (Veeva Promomats), Workfront, PRT, Agency management, SAP budget ​

    • Coordinate & facilitate upskilling to embed critical capabilities (to support the PPS director conduit from HHDDA) on behalf of Global Oncology dept. (i.e. L3, PIE, GAIN, OME, DPP) to enable execution ​

    • Facilitation of new product launch excellence standards, strategic guidance, execution preparation ​

    • Maintenance of Global Oncology Marketing dept. PRT utilization, prioritization, new asset, portfolio considerations to support the PPS director/PRT LT partnership & prioritization  ​

  • Support PPS team on facilitation of ongoing OKR process & priority tracking​

  • Budget management across PPS teams  ​

  • Project management as needed for high complexity/high volume projects ​

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, marketing communications, or marketing support of pharmaceutical products

  • Experience leading cross-functional teamwork and manage across organizational lines

  • Experience leading and managing agency/vendor execution and relationships 

  • Global Marketing experience including ability to think strategically across a growing and complex portfolio of brands

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to execute a brand or customer marketing strategy

  • Campaign and Message Development experience

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Marketing/Marketing support in Oncology or Hospital/Specialty

  • Experience in company end-to-end medical/legal (Promotional Review Team) review and delivery processes.

  • Experience with Learn/Lead/Listen (L3 Next) or other strategic frameworks

  • Global experience

  • Knowledge of Company commercial, regulatory, and legal compliance policies
