Technical Project Manager

The Opportunity:

As a Technical Project Manager, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced Technical Project Manager who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of electronic health records deployments. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review document scope and requirements for various deployment-related projects and tasks. You'll help with creating or leading small project teams in creating various project artifacts, documentation, presentations, or briefings to support technical deployment goals and activities. You'll also develop and implement new processes to address identified client and team needs.

You Have: 

  • 10+ years of experience in a professional work environment

  • Experience with managing Information Technology projects

  • Experience with life cycle and project management methodologies

  • Experience with tracking costs, schedules, and performance progress

  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, or Business 

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with supporting the federal government

  • Experience on projects involving Cerner or electronic health record software

Vetting: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.
