Employee Experience and Engagement Lead - Americas

Principal Responsibilities

The Employee Experience and Engagement Americas Lead will impact and implement across Learning and Development and Diversity and Inclusion to build connectivity, strengthen our culture and reflect our values. This role will require the individual to strategize, create and implement training programs and development solutions for the organization globally.

In this new position you will have the opportunity to gain exposure across the firm and make an immediate impact. This role is ideal for a candidate that is sharp and resourceful, with strong organizational and time management skills. Working with the Global Head of Employee Experience and Engagement, HR Business Partners and managers the individual will plan learning curriculums and development initiatives that supports the business, both firm-wide as well as at the department specific need.

Qualifications/Skills Required

  • 7 years minimum of direct experience in human resources or consulting, with substantive work experience in the field of learning and development and diversity and inclusion, ideally in financial services.
  • Up to date with industry trends and standard methodologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of learning and development strategies.
  • Able to collaborate and build trusted relationships with key internal partners to surface insights and areas of focus.
  • Experienced in conducting and identifying training and development needs and designing programs fit for purpose.
  • Experienced at content creation, content delivery and able to effectively facilitation. Able to manage the full lifecycle of learning and development programs, including planning, scheduling, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Experienced in ensuring global consistency and coordination where possible, aiding in connectivity for all offices.
  • Has strong analytical skills and an ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into impactful presentations and strategic recommendations to continually improve outcomes on learning, development, inclusion, diversity and retention.
  • Can assist in the coordination of communications and change management strategies that drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Highly organized and process driven.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal, written and presentation style.
  • Detail oriented and strong ownership of work.
  • Demonstrates good judgement and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive data.
  • Experienced in managing and developing individuals and a team.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $70k to $160k, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
