Position Overview Culligan seeks an individual experienced in customer-focused positions to act as a Regional General Manager. This position reports to the dealership's general manager and is responsible for managing all service, route, and warehouse personnel. The Operations Manager will implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and effective customer service that exceeds the customer's expectations. 
Responsibilities 

• Oversee daily operations across all locations within the region, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and procedures. 
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff. 
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management within the region. 
• Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, including operational metrics, financial results, and progress on strategic initiatives. 
• Ensure all score cards, reporting, and dashboards are consistent, timely, and accurate.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Respond to customer issues and ensure prompt resolution. 
• Ensure all offices, warehouses, and vehicles are organized, clean, and neat. 
• Manage, maintain, and secure equipment inventory and supplies 

Qualifications 

• 3-5 years of General Manager/Operations Manager experience 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word 
• Valid driver’s license and all state-mandated special motor vehicle operations certificates 
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $139,000.00 per year
