What You Will Do 

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into practical, scalable solutions. You’ll shape processes, clarify requirements, and help ensure the successful delivery of the integration project. 
 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Leading workshops and discussions to gather and refine business requirements 

• Creating clear documentation, user stories, and process flows 

• Mapping current workflows and designing improved future‑state solutions 

• Analyzing data to identify trends and support decision‑making 

• Acting as a Salesforce expert within the team, advising on best practices 

• Collaborating with developers, testers, and business partners to ensure alignment 

• Supporting solution design, tackling challenges, and contributing to key project decisions 

Must-Have Skills & Experience 

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience on projects 

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, strong analytical thinking 

• Proven experience with requirement definition, refinement, and breakdown 

• Ability to work independently within a project team 

• Strong communication skills 
   

Should-Have (One of the Following Certifications) 

• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification OR 

• Salesforce Developer Certification OR 

• Salesforce Administrator Certification 
   

Nice to Have 

• Experience in integration design or development 

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
