Job Description/(Job Title) - (Deputy Project Manager)

In North America, we have an international Center of Excellence in digital signaling solutions. Our focus is on project delivery in Signaling, Infrastructure, Mobility and Turnkey Systems projects in locations including the Americas, Canada, Europe and Asia Pacific. As a Deputy Project Manager, you are a member of the dynamic Project & Tender Management community responsible for the management and successful completion of cross-functional activities leading to the delivery of a project, fulfilling both customer needs and business goals by managing stakeholders, deliverables and make needed arbitration to reach the project delivery strategy.

• managing project activities/deliverables with other project stakeholders including integration teams and project level functions
• responsible for cost budgetary aligned with project schedule
• improving processes and proposing optimization
• managing project’s opportunities and risks through the mitigation and action plans

In this role, you are expected to build effective working relationships across a diverse project team, to deliver results that align customer and organizational goals.

• Master or bachelor degree
• 2 years of experience as manager of an operational scope
• Coordination and good communication skills, Result oriented, 
• Knowledge of Project management processes, desirable PMP certification
• Leadership to coordinate and ensure collaboration of multi-site/multi-cultural/multi-functional teams
