Your Qualifications:

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? Here’s what we’re looking for in our next team member:

• 💡 BACB Registered Behavior Technician: Not certified yet? No problem! We offer support through Competency Assessments and an Internship program including the 40-hour training course and hands on support to help you obtain the certification and start your career now! 
• 🎓 Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 🔍 Clear Background: Must pass a criminal background check.

Your Responsibilities:

As an integral part of our team, you will:

• 🧠 Implement Individualized Programs: Develop and execute personalized treatment plans to help children and young adults reach their developmental milestones.
• ⚖️ Behavior Management: Apply ABA principles to manage and improve behaviors, creating a nurturing and supportive environment.
• 🤝 Collaborate: Work alongside BCBAs, BCaBAs, team members, and families to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• 🎉 Engage and Motivate: Keep clients motivated and excited to learn, making therapy enjoyable and rewarding.
