As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Lending Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with proven leadership experience and strong hands-on development skills to guide a high-performing engineering team. This role requires expertise in Informatica, CA7, SSIS, and SQL Server with a focus on Agile delivery.

The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented leader who can mentor developers, drive technical excellence, and support a collaborative, ticket-based engineering environment. Strong adherence to coding standards, process compliance, and a passion for continuous improvement are essential.

Due to the nature of this position we are seeking passionate Software Engineer Leads. Candidates should have experience with the following:

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex ETL solutions using Informatica, and SSIS to support enterprise data integration and analytics needs.

- Design and optimize SQL Server data base objects, to ensure efficient data retrieval and transformation.

-Manage and monitor CA7 Scheduling jobs to ensure timely execution of batch processes, troubleshooting failures, and implementing automation where possible.

- Implement data quality checks, error handling, and performance tuning within ETL processes to ensure reliability and accuracy of data.
