General Workers - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently.
• Machine Operation: Feed and operate machines to ensure seamless production.
• Versatile Assistance: Support various departments including sheeting, printing, die cutting, finishing, forming, and shipping.
• Quality Checks: Perform regular quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Plant Clean-Up: Keep the plant clean and organized.
• Additional Duties: Be ready to take on other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Quality Conscious: A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with basic computer operations.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Good understanding of mechanical processes.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 10pm - 6am) with some overtime and weekend work.
• Training Flexibility: Willingness to train on 1st shift for up to the first 120 days (Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm) is preferred.
• Experience: Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
