Job Title: Lead Housekeeper

Job Summary:

Grand Villa of Deerfield Beach is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Lead Housekeeper to join our team. The Lead Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that our senior residents' living spaces are clean, safe, and comfortable. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving seniors and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of resident apartments and common areas

- Train and supervise housekeeping staff

- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained

- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for residents and staff

- Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
