Position Overview
- Schedule – Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
- On-Site Requirement: This position requires on-site presence at the project, or at the corporate office in Bellevue, WA, during scheduled hours based on company and project needs.
- Compensation Package–
- $85,000 - $95,000 / year
- Other compensation may include profit sharing and vehicle allowance.
- The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based upon a candidate’s experience and the geographical location of this position.

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily construction with a certification or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in multifamily construction with an unrelated degree or without a certification or degree.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
- Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
- Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Your Role
Project Operations:

- Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, budgets, and task assignments.
- Identify and address potential project issues, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide project documentation, including daily logs, billing info, change orders, and memos to the President.
- Ensure proper inventory and maintenance of project tools and enforce safety policies.
Budgeting & Cost Analysis:

- Assist in securing competitive bids and determining necessary fees from utilities and agencies.
- Write Purchase Orders, Back-Charges, and Change Orders; monitor subcontractor agreements.
- Verify invoices, ensure accuracy, and manage lien releases with the Bookkeeper.
Quality Assurance:

- Ensure compliance with AHB standards and complete projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality expectations.
- Regularly visit project sites to ensure cleanliness, organization, and progress toward completion.
