The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $89,496 to $110,870, range will vary if outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

• Develop and implement tactical brand plans across our tequila & mezcal portfolio

• Support execution and planning of key brand initiatives

• Manage brand-building activities across both digital/social and in-market/retail environments

• Coordinate and support brand content creation and financial accountability

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of marketing experience in strategy/brand development, including brand positioning and brand-building activities (digital/social and retail)

• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent project management skills

• Strong financial, business, and analytical acumen

• Outstanding communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
