Talent Acquisition Specialist Iberia
As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will support the talent strategy in the Western Europe (WEEU) cluster, specifically supporting our HQ & retail recruitment for Spain and Portugal. You will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in driving the full life cycle recruitment process in partnership with the cluster's leadership team. You will also coordinate the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the HQ's candidate and employee experience, including but not limited to diversity & inclusion, talent management, campus relations, international talent acquisition.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will support Talent Acquisition Manager in provising best in class candidate experience in management of the strategic, full cycle recruitment process across Iberia.
You will coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
You will post and promote jobs utilizing various sites to drive a diverse candidate pool including using social media.
You will conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications and compensation requirements.
You will collaborate with management throughout recruitment and selection process, identify and resolve any obstacles that may arise.
You will research, suggest and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
MORE ABOUT YOU
You speak Spanish and English fluently (or Portuguese).
You have a human ressources degree or equivalent.
You have first experience in recruitment.
You are recognised for your great communication skills and ability to partner, collaborate, and build relationships.
You know how to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
