What You’ll Do 

As a Senior Principal Product Designer, you’ll be a hands-on design leader, influencing product direction and bringing user-first solutions to life across mobile and web platforms. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to champion experience quality from concept through execution. 

• Shape strategy through design: Translate complex problems and abstract ideas into elegant, usable solutions grounded in user needs and business goals. 

• Own the end-to-end journey: Lead interaction design, visual systems, and information architecture across platforms and devices. 

• Elevate product thinking: Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, research, and engineering to build thoughtful, cohesive, and accessible experiences. 

• Bring clarity to ambiguity: Navigate complexity and uncover opportunity through discovery, prototyping, and testing. 

• Mentor and influence: Inspire peers and advocate for design excellence across the org—not just in what we build, but how we work. 

What You Bring 

• A track record of designing and shipping mobile-first B2C products at scale, ideally in industries like security, fintech, health, or adjacent spaces. 

• Strategic mindset with a keen sense of how design drives user value and business growth. 

• Mastery of end-to-end product design: UX research, interaction, visual design, and systems thinking. 

• A clear, compelling portfolio that demonstrates your design process and product impact. 

• Deep user empathy and a belief in data-informed design decisions. 

• Comfortable operating across time zones and cultures; experience with distributed teams is a plus.
