Job Duties:

Perform the tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storage and distribution of laboratory reagents, materials, parts, supplies and equipment in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), applicable sections of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), with emphasis on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act of 1988 (CLIA), and applicable Takeda and BioLife policies, procedures and quality initiatives.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Perform the physical or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distribution of reagents, parts, material, supplies and equipment received at BioLife Testing Laboratory.

  • Prepare and maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.

  • Examine stock and distribute materials in inventory.

  • Assist with the unloading and receipt of sample shipping boxes.

  • Rotate inventory of sample shipping boxes and packing materials back to the plasma centers.

  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Distribute incoming and outgoing packages.

  • All other duties as assigned.
