Talent Acquisition roles for new strategic TA function

As we build a best-in-class Global Talent Acquisition function, we’re hiring for several key roles in our Europe-based team. We’re looking for two Talent

Acquisition Partners and one Talent Acquisition Sourcer:

• As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll lead recruitment activities for a specific business area or country. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to plan, source, interview, and guide final hiring decisions.

• As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you’ll focus on identifying and engaging top talent for hard-to-fill roles. You’ll deliver qualified, pre-screened shortlists that help hiring managers make confident, timely decisions.

The roles are ideally based in Poland or Portugal, but we’re open to other European locations for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality recruitment aligned with business needs and timelines

• Own the full hiring process—from briefing to final selection

• Create a positive, inclusive candidate and hiring manager experience

• Lead strategic searches to ensure timely, high-impact hires

• Provide data-driven insights on hiring strategies and market trends

• Strengthen our employer brand and talent positioning

Expectations for both roles

• 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Talent Sourcer in a large global company

• Deep expertise in recruitment—you consider yourself a specialist

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures in a matrix environment

• Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German, French, Finnish or Swedish) are a plus

• Advanced degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
