There are no assigned hours to this position, it is on an as needed basis to fill in for leaves, vacations and openings. Requires a minimum of 24 hours per 6 week schedule to stay current in the unit.

Pay Range

$38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work:

 

Newly remodeled and expanded Emergency Department which is staffed with board-certified emergency physicians. Aurora Lakeland Medical Center is Stroke Certified, a Level III Trauma Center, Chest Pain Accredited and whenever necessary, we have direct access to specialized care available at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee.

 

 

 

 We’re Looking For:

o    Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

o    Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

o    Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

o    Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

o    As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

o    Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
