Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for an experienced Sales Administrator to work on-site in our office in Tempe.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Performs sales support and administrative duties for one or more executives/ managers in the Sales & Marketing Department, including data entry, data analysis, various correspondence, and travel coordination.
- Compose routine correspondence and compile reports.
- Greets visitors, answers and screens telephone calls and maintains files on customer interactions within CRM system.
- Prepares correspondence, quotes, proposals, non-disclosures and other reports for sales team.
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding company products and services, pricing and availability, and customer resolution process.
- Assist with lead analysis, account management, sales forecasting, price/discount management, and business reporting.
- Negotiate and expedite new and existing contracts relating to the location facility.
- Answers telephones; assists callers and relays messages. Opens and distributes mail/faxes. Greet office visitors
- Coordinate travel, conference room set up, and meals when necessary for executives and company visitors/ customers.
- Work with staff to coordinate projects, time and expense tracking using various tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, JIRA-Confluence, and SAP.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Outstanding customer service, to include both verbal and written communication skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite and SAP
- 2–4-year college degree in science or technical discipline preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ related experience with prior experience working in high technology manufacturing or engineering/research environment preferred.
